Owner of a boutique Houston brokerage

As owner and broker of JSingh Homes, I built a boutique brokerage around one idea: every client gets white-glove, hands-on service from the first showing to closing day — never handed off to a team, never treated like a transaction.

I was born in Dallas, Texas, and moved to India with my family when I was eight. I grew up immersed in Indian culture, learned Hindi and Punjabi, and later returned to Texas to attend the University of Texas at Arlington, where I earned a degree in Biology.

I started my career in medical sales with Fortune 500 companies and loved working with people. In 2012, my now-husband and I moved to Australia for a year. On the long flight back to Texas, I began to rethink my direction — I wanted a career built around people, not just numbers. Real estate was the natural next step.

In 2016 I earned the Gold Achievement award, and in 2017 I became a broker and founded JSingh Homes. My growth since then has come from hard work, a genuine marketing strategy, strong negotiation, and a lot of repeat and referral business — but the constant has always been putting my clients first.

What's up with your logo?

At my very first home showing back in 2013, I met Sydney — a brindle pit mix so mistreated I couldn't even tell what color she was. My husband and I brought her home, nursed her back to health, and she became the heart of our family and the inspiration behind my brokerage. Since then, we've fostered and found homes for more than 40 dogs.

Outside of work, I'm president of the Parkwood Civic Club in my neighborhood, Riverside Terrace, where my husband and I spend our free time walking our dogs and biking along the bayou.
